Choose Your Career Stream

Participants can select one of the following career pathways:

  • Information Technology

  • Skilled Manufacturing & Apprenticeship

  • Office Administration

What You’ll Gain:

During the first 8 weeks of the program, you’ll take part in:

  • Pre-employment training based on current labour market demands

  • Teamwork and communication skill-building

  • Interview coaching and job search strategies

  • Portfolio development

  • Industry-specific training tailored to your chosen stream

  • Professionalism and workplace readiness support

TO JOIN HYPE, YOU MUST:

Have basic literacy and computer skills

Age 15-30 years

Cannot be a full-time student

Must be able to commit to full full 20-week Program
